Welcome to the team: Our five new apprentices are here!

Five young talents start their technical careers at DOLL

On 1 September, five new colleagues had their first day at DOLL. Together with our management team, we welcomed them right where everything comes together: on a completed vehicle just before its final inspection.

All five are starting their training in technical professions. And that is something we are proud of: A DOLL vehicle is not built at the push of a button. It is built by people who understand steel, know how to weld with precision and appreciate why every last millimetre matters. We have been passing on this craftsmanship in-house for more than 140 years.

Their journey begins with our induction week: a tour of the factory, their first hands-on experience in the training workshop and plenty of new faces to meet. After that, they will move on to their specialist departments, where our apprentices get involved right from the start instead of simply watching from the sidelines.

DOLL is growing, and we are investing where our future takes shape: in the people who build our vehicles. Five new apprenticeship positions are an investment in exactly that.
