Vehicle details and equipment
At DOLL, we offer a wide range of short timber trailers for various timber lengths, topographies and transport requirements.
Straight frame
Want maximum flexibility in your timber transport operations? Opt for a straight frame with bolted bolsters. Depending on what you're transporting, you can easily attach these bolsters to the frame of your short timber trailer to suit your needs.
Offset frame
When transporting lightweight timber, it is the load volume rather than the load capacity that dictates the pace. With an offset short timber trailer, you gain as much as 120 mm in loading height compared to straight versions. You also benefit from even more stability with a low payload centre of gravity.
Single tyres
When driving on tarmac, straight motorways and long stretches of open road, single tyres give you a decisive advantage. Low rolling resistance reduces tyre wear and fuel consumption. And you also get a few more kilos of extra payload for your trailer.
Twin tyres
Rough, unsurfaced routes and forest tracks away from major roads make for challenging terrain – but they're no match for twin tyres. Whether parked or on the move, your short timber trailer will shine with complete stability.
